I do have some pictures and video I need to edit and post but have been a bit busy lately. Lets see since my last post they did come back and finish the slab. They had actually run out of concrete and the plant was already closed for he day so the back porch has a seam in it.

I spent several days taking measurements so that I could create the elevations for the inset walls for the porches and the augments.
Had a meeting September 3rd with the General Contractor since they have not been able to find any sub contractors to do the inset walls with the SCIPs (structural Concrete Insulated Panels) I’m going to install the panels and they will find a shotcrete/gunite contractor to shoot them.
The Septic tank and drain field have been installed, inspected and covered.
Now I’m just waiting on sorting out a few details before we can hopefully get the Vero Panels (the scip manufacturer is Vero Building systems and they are a local central Florida company.) By the way, if anyone wants to come by and give me a hand placing the Vero Panels, let me know. I’m not yet sure exactly when they will be getting delivered yet but as soon as I pin down some exact details, I should be able to start drilling and epoxying the rebar in the slab and shell as well as building the wood door and window bucks.

I promise I will try to get some more pictures and videos posted soon.
