Well I’ve not kept up with my posting about the progress here.
I have lots of report.
Emil and his crew Did a wonderful job finishing out the SCIP walls and soffits<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then before starting framing on the inside, it made sense to have the crew go ahead and smooth coat the inside of the domes since they did such beautiful work on the scip walls.
As they were starting on the smooth coat for the inside of the Domes, the windows were installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the guys were finishing up the smooth coat, the framers got started.

Which brings us to Today. Most of the walls interior Framed walls are in place.

Framing left to do; Kitchen\/Pantry wall. And then the Loft Joists on each end.

Electrical and Mechanical (Plumbing\/HVAC) Rough in scheduled for next week.

Hopefully we can get doors in before drywall the following week. Also, as soon as doors are in, we will be ready to have the exterior trim done and then the exterior walls will get a coat of synthetic stucco with integral color. Following that at some point Trim work, Paint, floors, Cabinets, Finishing fittings, plumbing, lighting, appliances.
somewhere in all that we need Railings up top.
