They came in with Heavy equipment and started clearing all the brush.  It started as just a tractor out there bush hogging which was a little disturbing but not unreasonable.  But when the big equipment showed up and started taking out the brush and small trees we hurt for the loss of habitat for local wildlife and the fact that it probably means developers are coming
